Ooh you must be doing something wrong  I am using the kit settings and get a droop/uplift of 4 to 4.5. You need to slide the droop gauge under the side of the suspension arm, not in the middle where the grub screw is located, if you are using the XRay setup sheets. Apart from that I cannot think of anything that would be putting your readings out. Do you disconnect the roll bars? I do that as a matter of course but am not sure just what impact that might have if you do not.
