XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi there. I'm kinda new to electric touring car scene. Just switched from nitro, and ordered a T2 008 (should receive it tomorrow).

Since i have never had an electric car here is my question.

When i got to a hobby store and ask for Spur and Pinions, i see a code like 64P and 48P. Is this the thickness of the spur? IF so do i need a matching pinion?
What is the Spur the T2 008 comes with, if so what is a balance pinion for genereic racing (not very low ratio and not very high).
I will be using a LRP 3.5T Brushless, a 3200mah Team Orion Carbon edition LiPo and a LRP TC Competition Sphere ESC

64p and 48p is the size of the tooth.

Running a 3.5t Brushless I believe an overall ratio from 8 to 10 is needed

So using the stock '008 Spur what pinion would i need?

I mean how do i convert that ratio you said 8/10 to pinion/spur (or spur pinion?) OR perhaps convert that to the FDR

As i stated i never used an electric car so i'm kinda green in all these overwelming number of tuneable settings
