I noticed my car today was really slowing down too much when turning. i noticed when wheel is turned it shakes pretty bad, I changed the cvd, out-drives, spool, plastic blades, steering hubs, can't seem to figure it out. If I turn out epa to like 70 & have dual rate @ 65 it smooths out, but car doesn't turn. It seems like the cvd is binding with the out drive. Anyone have this problem before? Thanks |

You could have a seized up or blown bearing. That would make it really sloppy and shaky in the turns. |

First check your tires to make sure they're not cracked or warped. Also, after one of my infamous crashes I had the same problem and found the coupling that goes inside the drive shaft joint did not have total free play for 360 degrees of turning. Must have been bent during the crash. Since I had no spares and the main was coming up, I used my dremel to sand and polish it down to move freely again. Worked great, but I replaced it the next week. ![]() |
