Hi JB123,
first I think you don't have to add 200kg, otherwise your motor and electronics would weight about as much as a motorbike^^ :p
I think it's possible to have to add 200g on one side when you use a lipo because this type of battery is up to 250 grams lighter than a normal SubC sixpack. With my IB4200s my car is almost balanced - I just need about 20 grams to balance it correctly. (example: an IB 4200 6-cell pack weights about 455g as far as I can still remember; and like I read, the Orion LiPo 3200 pack weights 198g, the 3600 220g and the 4800 258g. !!!)
Whether it is useful to add weights in your case depends on the usage of your car. In my opinion if you use it just for street racing or just for fun it shouldn't be so bad. But when you are racing serious races you should add weight to it because of 1.the balance - correct steering and handling at both sides and 2.the minimum weight. I don't know whether there is a rule depending the minimum weight for TCs with LiPos yet...
Hope, I could help you a bit. And forgive me for my mistakes - English is not my mother tongue...
Yours,
Patrick
Edit: OK, ChrisP you were faster.
