I use my Hudy downstop guage to measure this. I slide it under one wheel until the other rises and note the setting. Actually what I do is lift the wheel onto one of the guage "steps", then onto the next until the other wheel leaves the ground and note the setting that the wheel on the guage is sitting on. Then repeat the other way around. Its probably not 100% accurate but I find it easier than trying to do the operation whilst holding a ruler vertcle againt the wheel you are lifting. |
