This issue was already handled, if you will use the Search function you will find discussion about this matter. For new customers, I will make a short overview:
All XRAY diffs are factory pre-built and during the building (assembly) the axial bearing and the carbide balls are lubricated with a very light grease. This grease is transparent and as such not much visible and if you are used from other brands who use colorful or heavy grease, then it may look like the XRAY diffs are not lubricated but the fact is that they are lubricated. Some of the first T2 diffs, which were reported by customers not being lubricated, were analysed and they were lubricated (despite lubricated less than it was common on previous models from XRAY) and as such new instructions were given to the assembly crew and the later batch of T2 and all batches of T2'007 have for sure sufficient amount of the grease applied. Note that you will not find any excesive amount of grease but the fact is, that the XRAY diffs are greased. If you have some of the first T2 diffs, then the amount of grease may not be in the amount as some later batch and if you feel safer with higher amount of grease, then you can use the light grease included in the kit and lubricate the axial bearing and carbide balls. To disassembly/assembly the diffs follow the instructions and make sure that you regularly clean and service the diff and always use the appropriate bearing oil and grease.
