XRAY - Model racing cars

i am a newbie. but i have basic knowledge of car setups. iv done many searches but i cant find wat im looking for.
my first time running, i won our club race stock a main. i was originally in novice since it was my first time, but they bumped me to stock because i was lapping everyone 2-3 laps in 5 minutes. i lapped other cars 1 lap in the stock a main and i became first again. i find this not challenging because those people have been racing for years.
im not trying to boast how good i am but i would love to challenge myself. im not rich or anything thats why i want to run rubber than foams...i cant so many set of foams with mod.
i want to know a good set up for mod on rubber tires...on carpet. right now im just using the stock setups on the set-up search.
i need sth between highspeed and mixed. im plannning to run a mamba max 7700kv and perhaps i can tune it down a lil to prevent overheating.
