you need to take of the blue plastic covers first
use a sharp hobby knife or something witha small point

then wash the bearing with a bearing blaster spray or something similar to get any tiny bits of dirt out. Repeat this part if the bearing are particularly dirsty or have not been cleaned for a while

then reoil with a couple of drop of light oil

then replace the covers making sure they are flat and do not cause any interference with the bearing.
