My personal opinion is that something needs to be done and EFRA has decided going to 5 cell is the core change for Europe. I think it is a step in the right direction but am, like most, unsure whether this will cut it in the long run. The situation we find outselves in is very complex and right now I don't think anyone truly has a vision yet on how to proceed in the long run. I sincerely hope EFRA and the other main governing bodies will use the time this change buys us wisely to figure out where to go in the long run.
