Hi Guys

I built a 007 last night and wow it was good. Very simple to construct and the finished kit looks absolutely amazing and will definately set the trend for other companies to follow.

I really like the Quick Saver as the middle setting (3) is the same dimensions as the T2 kit Servo Saver which gives us the option of tuning both ways which will be a great benefit with finding steering with a spool.

Good news is that the Orion Platinum LiPo 4800 pack fits straight into the car and with the removal of one of the stickers should be a perfect fit. It may prove to be a good idea to slightly reduce the material on the LiPo pack a little to make it a looser fit to help the chassis maintain its usual flex characteristics. **Take great care if modifying a LiPo pack, it can be dangerous**

I will run the car tonight for a general shake down and have the first outing this Sunday at the BIWS.

Does this mean that Mirage have had a delivery. I only live 1 mile away

I assume it was an EU edition. It is a good news that the Platinum pack fits. But I'm almost positive that it wont fit in the US edition because the bulkheads sit in milled pockets.

Hi Guys

Just got back from running the car for the first time, wow!

So much stability and mega steering. It was a low traction track and I ran the same setup as my T2 but it felt like a completely different car. The new top deck really helps add consistency to the run as even after a small(ish) impact with another car on the sweeper it did not have any sign of tweak or mis handling.

So far 10/10 !!

Will continue to test Saturday and try and get pics tomorrow for you all to see.
