below is Bens post from rcracechat "I will try and get a pic of the Lipo, I only removed around .5mm from the top in line with the top deck just in case. You need to remove the sticker at the bottom and negative side of the lipo and it fits in. You dont 'have' to do anything else but i did just in case. Ben" |

Hi guys I did remove some of the material from the LiPo but it did 'fit' without it. It does make the chassis stiffer in flexas it 'touches' the top deck. I actually thought it gave me more steering with a stiffer chassis. I tried to 'dremel' the LiPo to allow sufficient flex but I did not achieve it. The overall result is, its fits and it makes the chassis stiffer. LiPo is really cool to drive with especially in 19 turn because it keeps the motor cooler and more consistent throughout the run. because the motor revs on the volts and does not loose performance you dont give it as much gas, resulting in a cooler motor |
