Madlux, We are concerned to hear of your experience, and wish to clear up any possible confusion concerning our new dealer policies. RC America wants to ensure all previous dealers of the XRAY and HUDY product lines that we value their continued support. Our policy of a minimum first order applies to new dealers for the XRAY/HUDY products, not new dealers for RC America. If your dealer was supporting XRAY/HUDY through previous distribution channels, there is no minimum opening order. Also, RC America does not have a minimum re-order value. As we have stated in previous posts on this message board, we encourage all customers, whether dealers or XRAY/HUDY users, to please contact us directly by phone or email with any concerns they may have. what is wrong with ordering parts as customers need them? we have jsut a small store, and can't afford to keep stock of every part for every car, obviosuly we will have a stock of the stuff that breaks the most often, but someone will always break something that isn't in stock, i was mearly using the c-hub as an example, we are still an authorized dealer, what i was refering to is when someone breaks soemthing that isn't in stock, to order just that part that they need, makes us take a hit on shipping charges, i'm not syaing rc america is bad, and horizon was better, or anything like that, especailly sicne we dont even know what the shippign charges are yet for us yet, like i said, one of our concerns, not problems was the shipping of small orders, and that the one advatage with horizon was you had the diversity of products you could add to the order to make the shipping less of an issue, |

As long as a hobbyshop can satisfy their customer needs and requirements, I considered that a good thing. If you willing to break apart a brand new kit just to take a particular part for sale because some one needed (you have no stock obviously), I called that an enhanced service (above expectation). Sir Mario, looks like the avatar is up and running now |

I think it's best to try the new system for a period of time before you judge it in anyway. It is clear that there is confusion and speculation to more then a few issues, RCA has addressed their policy and I am sure as the time goes on, dealers will adjust and appreciate the advantages to dealing with RCA or Canada R/C over Horizon. I know already our feedback from our dealer network has been positive. As for shipping, again give it some time, When Horizon first opened it's doors, they where not handed the 500+ lines of product they have now. RCA and Canada R/C are about providing solutions to the our customers, but please give us a chance to show you. Korgae Canada R/C |
