Any thoughts on the new ruling, of no motor limit for the BRCA Nationals 2005? What wind motors where the team running at the worlds? |

I think it will make an elite class of drivers in the UK but is this what we want? I would of thought we wanted to make this class accessible to all and to be honest I don't think it will be with the top lads using new cells every national and new brushes and skimming every run. It will be fun to watch and when the worlds come around again the UK lads should of had plenty of practice for them to do the business. |

Hey Colin, nice to see you In my opinion, i think this no limit rule is mental, i mean not many people will have batteries that last 5 mins outdoors with a 7 or 8 turn motors with a decent gearing...so it will make the fastest ones even faster where as the majority of people will stay the same, or geta tad faster...but this rule is going to make the gap between the top factory drivers and the independant/partially sponsored drivers even bigger. I think it would of been better if the rule was 9, or 10 turn limit but then again, i don't make the decisions for the BRCA |
