XRAY - Model racing cars

I am sure that someone has ask this and posted it already somewhere. But, does anyone know when the spare parts will be available. I got mine last weak and built it for this past weakends race day. Went the hole day and no problems, until after the racing was over and I was dumping my last pack on the track, and then somebody walked onto the staight away and then POW!! So now I am left with a broken Steering knuckle and a "C" hub. So any help would be appreciated. I am already being forced to run my FT TC4 this weekend.

Ordered my T2 last Monday and it arrived Wednesday and then ordered spare parts form Hong Kong on Tuesday they arrived Friday. Considering we are on the far side of the world I thinks thats pretty damn good.

Just out of curiosity, why does Hong Kong get parts before anywhere else outside of Slovakia? Very annoying.

Please read the previous statement about spare parts availability. XRAY works 24-7 to produce, package and ship as many spares as possible. The T2 being a complete new platform requires to ship much more spares like when there is just a minor kit upgrade.

The spares are being shipped to ALL distributors around the world but please note that is takes from days to weeks until spares will reach the shops and due the limited quantity it may happen some shops will be on shortage longer than some other shops. ALso please note that each distributor has different number (quantity) of shops they need to supply, so it will take different time to each distributor until they will be able to export the parts to their shops.

I want to ask for nothing, just a patience, there are no general problems with anything, most of the parts are being manufactured, packaged and exported in batches, so it is just the big demand that creates the shortage and it will take few weeks until the spare parts availability will get back to the normal but from that point you will be able to get any spares with no problems but obviously this is a matter of course with any newly released products, no matter the industry.

Please, there is no reason for panic, complaints or worrying - the spares will hit the stores and in few weeks you will not even remember that you could not get some standard spares.
