XRAY - Model racing cars

So recently purchased a S1 Rx8 (2005, 192, 5speed, Europe, 40k miles) seemed in reasonable good condition but upon latest service it'll need new sparks and a new cat, now I should state here that I am a COMPLETE car novice, I know very little outside of the basics of how a car works (so please go easy on me in comments).

I'm looking on advice on what brand and where to get a new cat for that will be reliable for a few years. Not looking for anything fancy to make it growl louder etc. Just need advice on costs that people have found work well so that I can take it to the garage and not get ripped off.

As title says looking to spend under 500 on it and I am based in the UK so would rather not get anything imported if possible.

I'm looking on guidance on what brand and where to get another feline for that will be dependable for a couple of years. Not searching for anything extravagant to make it snarl stronger and so on. Simply need counsel on costs that individuals have looked for some kind of employment well with the goal that I can take it to the carport and not get ripped off.
