XRAY - Model racing cars

I recently bought a Citroen C5 2013 model, and I'm having some problems with the bluetooth not remembering the phone I'm using. Each time I start the car, I have to do the pairing process all over again, and I've tried with both a OP6 and an iPhone 7, both having the same problem. It doesn't share contacts either, and neither units show up as a paired unit when I enter the menu even though they're connected and playing music.

Has anyone else had this problem, and so, how did you fix it? Thanks in advance.
