You'll have to provide a bit more detail than that for us to help. Type of surface....asphalt, carpet etc? Type of track.....long, tight, technical etc? Type of motor, stock, mod etc? Spur and pinion currently running? Have you compared you gearing with other racers at the club? If it's the same or very similar you'll have to look at other things like binding parts, condition of cells, motor maintenance....... Could be a lot of small problems or one big problem like a dirty motor which needs some skimming and new brushes. S |

where am i telling you off? im pointing out the facts! on here you say your motor is cool yet in the fan thread you say your motor gets so hot you can not touch it????? if your motor is as cold as it is when you go out on the track your not geared correct. i run my 19 turn non v brush motor around 6.25 as i said before 26/87 is 7.11 30/87 is 6.16 so there for 26 too small 30 too big ![]() 27/87 is 6.85 28/87 is 6.60 29/87 is 6.38 so with out me telling you off you think you should go half way between and fit a 28 pinion ![]() |
