If you can get away with a one way then use it. They are meant to be more effecient, giving more duration and sometimes more acceleration out of the corners.

If it is a circuit that requires hard braking they can make driving more difficult unless you are very steady with the thumbs and have the car set up exactly right.

If you never need the brakes, stick to the one way.

I have loads of steering, but the back end of the car seems "loose" most of the time,
does anyone use anti-roll bars on carpet with foams?

If the rear is loose off power or braking, go to the ball diff in the front.

If it is loose on power try more castor up front or softer springs / oil in the rear.

I've never tried a roll bar either on the front or rear, and have never seen one used either. Check out the set ups on my TSN for some more info.

A front diff is a good iead when running foam tires on carpet. If you look at Ralph Butch's and Josh Cyrul's set-ups they both use a front sway bar. I believe Ralph uses the 1mm and Josh made a .7mm sway bar. If you want to see Josh's set-ups goto www.cefx.net and look under Set-up's/Tips. For Ralph's look at www.mytsn.com and goto set-ups. Then type his name in the search. Just make sure the set-up is for the FK. Hope this helps.

I run a one way on a tight carpet track. (With foam tires) And also use both front and rear sway bars. This is on an original T1. It took a while to find a set-up to compensate for the brakes/traction, but I've gotten used to it.
