i have assembled my shocks and notice it didnt look right is this o-ring ment to be there? it seems to do nothing in that spot or did i put it in the wrong place? if not where should it go? thanks |

The o-ring should fit inside the hollowed out portion of the threaded aluminum top spring collar that is currently just below the o-ring in your picture. This helps to keep the spring collar from moving out of its position on the shock body threads, due to vibration. |

just take spring off and then turn shock over, remove bottom bit then take shock coller off. |
