Just wanted to share... I got a fk05 at the begining of the parking lot racing season (back in april) and run my fk05 very hard all these months... I had countless hard (really hard) crashes.. and NEVER broke a part... that is until today... finally... full speed at the end of the straighway and broke a front arm and bent a hinge pin... It took me less than 5 min to replace the parts (but much longer the set up the chassis... droop, camber...)... After my previous experiences with other manufacturers, I had bought a case FULL of spare parts... for the first time I got a chance to use them...! (I should have gotten another kit with all the money invested in spares never used...!!!) Anyway.... THANK YOU X-RAY for a great product and for making the most durable car in the market.... Dante |

I agree!!! I´ve been racing with my ´05 the whole season in technical tracks with metal or brick barriers. I´ve just broke a front arm. I don´t crash a lot, but some of them were really hard hits. Other top racers have broken almost once in every race, but the Xray team got a great season. Just a few problems with newbs and the Raycer chassis which breaks in the front in hard front crashes. |
