If I am not mistaken the very last page of the HUDY setup book has a chart showing which is more important to change first. I would also imagine it would depend on what you are having a problem with in the car. For Instance, I was having a problem with rear traction and I start by changing shock springs and ended up adding some more front droop. My problem solved. I always try one change at a time and see what it does. The adjustability of the '05 is limitless and you don't want to change too much at once. |

Kerry, Unfortunately, it takes a lot of research and reading. Here are a few things that helped me: * Read the FAQ and Tech Article threads here on the forum http://www.teamxray.com/xforum/viewtopic.php?t=1315 http://www.teamxray.com/xforum/viewtopic.php?t=1959 * Use google and search the internet for things such as, "ackerman definition" * Read scale chassis design books like, "Chassis Engineering" by Herb Adams & "Engineer To Win" by Carroll Smith. Although much of the content will not apply to RC, they have some great explanations and theories that do apply. * Post specific questions here on the forum |
