The track is big fast and well suited to modified.I am running a EA roar stock. Some of the corners are of camber due to the location, on the side of a gentle hill. Most corners carry alot of corner speed but there are two hairpins that Modifieds like a spool and brakes for. Iam really happy with my cars handling, it was pushing slightly coming into the hairpins so I decreased the downstop in the rear and left the ride height the same. I couldn't fault it, for handling. The grip level is of a medium grip level. I found Take off 27/med insert/ revlite rims to be very good better than Nosram premounts, by a second a lap. I want to try some med hard inserts with the TO27, and also some fuller med inserts with TO27. The state titles will be held at this track in a couple of months time using TO27 as a control tire but wheel and insert are open. The arms are level at the moment. The reason I ask the original question is because I want to find more traction/speed if possible, but with the off camber corners I am unsure weather to increase the roll in the car or not. I also want to try a front one way as I am running a spool at the moment. I geuss I just have to try things, but when time is so precious you don't want ot waste it. Regards Matt |
