I usually buy replacement screws in my local screw store, but I believe, you can order them from xray also |

I have owned four xrays (EVO2 FOC, FKO4X2, FK05) and had massive problems with the oe screws getting stuck in the bulkheads. I don't bother to even try and use the kit screws now, its not worth the hassle. I use stainless steel screws from http://www.rcscrewz.com/ they come in a handy little box with all the screws for a full car plus some extras. |

Use a Q-tip to apply a thin layer of CA in the coned screw holes on the bottom of the chassis and the top of the upper deck. Problem solved. Even works when using softer and lighter titanium screws. |

What temper is on the "black" screws? Just curious. |

If you have any signs of wear on the allen driver, this can slowly round out the head of the screw, i found this out the hard way. just dremel the end down a bit and your screws will last a bit longer. |
