 Post subject: Standard VS Solid One way in Multidiff

I have been lucky enough to have acquired an old Multidiff and am trying to figure out the best way to use it.

I know what a one way is and a spool but I can not seem to figure out the difference between the standard one way and solid one way. Both say they are best for tracks that do not require brake (like mine) but I just dont know when to use what one and how they react differently.

If anyone knows about this it would be greatly appreciated!
