6mm ride-height, 4r 5f droop, 400cst oil, 2.7 springs, zero rebound. |

You might also find that using the 4hole 1.2mm shock pistons with thicker oil might help. Using 600 or thicker shock oil (700)etc |

and do not use foam in the shocks. for bumpy tracks is better without |
