Post subject: | Problem of aluminum steering arm |
Hi, I have a 2016 T4 and try to install the aluminum steering Arm but after installed, the steering ball joint will hit the belt ? So I took it out and try to see what's the difference of the plastic arm and it seem the plastic arm is sit more higher than the aluminum arm. Do you guys have this problem ? Or how can you guys fix this problem ? Thanks |

The ball joints on the ackerman plate are very close to the belt, but everyone just ignores it. |

It is unlikely to affect the performance of the drivetrain. But if you are bothered by it, you may slightly sand the bottom of the ball cups slightly. Hope this helps! |
