Has someone any idea how they do this? Use the LRP 5600 LCG LiPo in mod! The battery has 275g. Even when I use the LRP 6000 with 295g I have to add 60g to reach the 1350g. Now if using LCG I would have to add 80g! And the left/right balance is way off. I am using REDS motor/ESC combo and alu screws on top like most do. But the electric equipment should not have such a different weight of most other brands. OK tires can have different weight but the balance would be still off! Look at the car of Šimurda Kuba! https://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/news/ ... b206e7290e Lois |

How much out are you left to right? If you need 50g for instance go to your local sheet metal supplier any get a lipo size piece of SS cut to go under you cell that should do it, take a scale with you and weigh an offcut |

Hey I have ran with both. Alot depends on tyres and radio equipment. My car balances best with the 6000 but its possible to run lcg also with a bit more weight. Also playing with radio gear placement makes a big difference to balance. Indoor tyres i run around 80g on my car. Regards Olly |

Hi, is there a reason why the weight is being placed in the corners of the chassis and not in the center? I see in the pictures from ETS that team drivers have lot of the weights left and right of the steering rack, and left and right behind the motor. I assumed it was best to cram it all in the center between the battery and the electronics. Even to change the front/rear balance - isn't it better to put the weight on the center line, e.g. between the steering posts? |

Hey, Weight is put in the corners as it all wont fit in the middle of the car or it will be too close to the belt. The belt flaps around a lot at full speed so any contact with a lead weight could damage it. I have a little bit of weight in between the speedo and lipo but its very low down so clears belt ok, anymore it would hit. Oj |

try put weight on the point most far from the center and as low as possible. try below the receiver, receiver is much lighter then the weight istself. |
