I guys...

I am wondering what is a good up travel number I should be looking for.

I heard smooth tracks you use less up travel and bumpy more..

Love to hear what the best starting points are.

Droop rear .. up travel

Droop set ..4 (no shocks attached)
Ride height. . 5.2 (shocks attached)
Up travel. . 10.5 .. (shocks attached)
(10.5 - 5.2=5.3mm)

Droop front.. up travel

Droop set ..5 (no shocks attached)
Ride height. . 5.2 (shocks attached)
Up travel. . 10.75 .. (shocks attached)
(10.75 - 5.2= 5.55mm)

Interesting measurements, I usually set mine with battery in, shocks and tyres on an measure how much the chassis can be lifted before the tyres leave the surface, front 1mm and rear 2mm as a norm, on 10mm blocks shocks off wheels off its around 6 and 5 but not using hudy gauges. Have also found I prefer less rear droop than the above if it starts out a bit loose on carpet
