T4'16 Motor Mount and ARS Mount Questions

Can someone from Xray explain what the difference should be between the different positions available for the screws in the new motor mount and how the different flex should effect the car?

Also, what should the different mounting positions for the ARS provide.

Is it also possible with a drill for the extra holes to upgrade a T4 15 to the new spec?

Screw more towards front: shorter flex - more reactive, faster direction change, more steering.

Screw more towards rear: longer flex - less reactive, more side bite, more overall grip, less initial steering.

All screws: the most reactive setting for high grip tracks only.
