Does anyone run the graphite arms? What do they do? Do they make the car any better? Thanks |

Interesting question. What's the difference in weight and stiffness? (The factors that should effect performance.) I've managed to break a plastic front arm by driving diagonally into a plank. If that arm had been made of carbon fibre I suspect something else and possibly more expensive had broken instead... |

It's about how the car behaves not how much impact can it take. We had an outdoor race in +30 degrees celsius and the standard arms were bending really bad. The car behaviour was inconsistent then all switched to graphite arms and the problem was gone ![]() Most guys use it all the time since they have feeling the car is more direct and more responsive. Hi, Do you use graphite arms only for high grip conditions? Have you tried them for low grip conditions? Have you ever tried graphite arms only at the front or only at the back in order to change the balance of the car? Thank you. |
