Why do people go to 20`000 - 7000 Cst. Diff oil? for example Hagber?

I tested two weeks with 5000 oil, but I could not drive safely so,
the tail has been out of the curve extremely loose!
with 1000-2000 cst feeling good again.

I would like to go to 15'000 cst? or how can I drive with diff oil harder?

My Setup

The thicker oil is normally used outdoors in very hot conditions, and when the grip is very high (lots of drivers, and sugar-watered track surface). Oil thins out with temperature, so part of going thicker is to compensate for this.

In the UK 1k to 3k is normal.

Use whatever works for you on your track. Trying to copy setups from a different driver in totally different track conditions isn't likely to work too well.

I think harder Oil its better on high traction tracks. And its better on short tracks with a lot hairpins.
The Car push more out of Corners but the Rear End its little more loose.
I Drive with 2000 Oil and its great !
I have trie with 5000 Oil but the Difference its not so great.

I have been looking at the carpet aluminium setups - the DHL one and notice that this use 5000 rear diff oil. Is this because of the alu chassis or that fact that this setup os for a 5t motor?
