Hi guys Helping a friend with his xray t3'11 And a major issue I have is that the car is not getting enough steering The car isn't on an old 11 chassis, so is down the middle of the car between the top deck The issue I think is in the steering bell cranks The 11 has one bell crank that has the additional side piece, to join the servo, but when it goes forward it locks out on the car, meaning the EPA is low and worse then the other side of the car Also the steering is getting nowhere near full, when I try to do the EPA, the steering block gets no where near the c hub The servo saver is in the middle, at a right angle. Which I thouht would be correct, unless I need to set it differently on this car Any help appreciated

Hi.In the neutral position the servosaver is tilted to the right. The linkage from the servosaver to the bellcrank should be at a 90 degree angle. The servosaver should NOT be 90 degrees to the servo. Hope I helped. Mike |

Which way round is the servo looks like horn to the front? Is the servo linkage the correct length? Which servo saver are you using? Inner or outer hole on saver? Are you actually getting full end points on the servo? Take off the horn/saver mark the neutral vertical most spline try full epa right/left marking the vertical most spline and then count how many splines you have between each mark, (I had a tooth gone on a servo this was how I found it) |

Can you take a photo higher up so we can see all the steering components. |

the servo saver does need to be 90 degree at the servo, get it as close to center with all trims in neutral positions then adjust subtrim to set servo straight, set toe and camber on a set up board and get it as central as you can,you should have equal throw each side, you can now adjust the epa so as not to strain the servo my sub trim is at 75 and trims are all on 0 and car runs straight will equal lock |
