Hi All, I was recently running my T4 and near the end of the race the pinion came loose. I noticed this before but never looked into it deeper. On the bottom of the chassis there is a hole for setting your set screw on the pinion, but it is not lining up, so I need to take the battery out, top desk off to set it back. Is this do to the motor or is it something else, I have the same issue with my T4 2014. thanks Satish |

The chassis hole is positioned for the Xray narrow pinions; if you use these it lines up with the set-screw in the pinion. If you're using other brand pinions, enlarge (Dremel) this hole a few mm towards the battery side, and fit the pinion with the boss facing the battery. I've had to do this with the '13, '14 and '15. It would be nice if Xray could just make this hole bigger and save us some Dremel time. |

Thanks Dale for the reply, looks like i'll have to get the ol' dremel out. One other question what does, BOSS mean fit the pinion with the boss facing the battery |
