Post subject: | How do I know when to stop driving? |
Hi, I have a T4'15 and the battery I use does not have a balancing harness. I believe this is quite normal now. The problem is, I don't know when to stop driving. With my other cars I have a voltmeter attached to the balancing harness which beeps when I get to 3.8 volts per cell. I can't do that with this setup. The ESC on the T4 is an Orca Vritra VXX competition, which supposedly has low voltage cut off, but I don't know at what voltage it will cut out. Is it perfectly safe for the battery to continue driving until the ESC cuts out? I wouldn't think it is. Any help appreciated. Cheers, Al |

The default setting should be safe I will check mine later but I usually set it to 3.4vpc I always look at the start voltage on my charger to see how low a pack has dropped during use you only have a second to see this before it jumps up |

What do you mean by 'it doesn't have a balance harness'? |
