I'm going to the EWS this weekend, really excited! I'm doing mod, probably going to be running a thunder power 6.5. Could someone please suggest an FDR for me to run, as I have never run mod indoors. Also thinking I should run in blinky mode pretty much, what do you think? thanks, |

You might find a 6.5 in blinky a bit too soft. I'm going to start with a 7.5, but it is in boosted I will be geared around 7.5, so perhaps 7.0 for blinky 6.5? |

Ok thanks, I have avaliable to me a 4.5, 6.5 and 8.5 motor, Im thinking 6.5 will probably be the best of the choices there If im slow down the straight ill add some more boost, Im thinking blinky just so that i dont smash it into the walls! Thanks, 7 sounds alright, are you using 64dp? Ive got 48 and 64, im thinking 48 might resist crashes a little better? I saw you at rug racers, ill come and say hi this time at EWS! Thanks, |

Hi, I only ever run 64dp in 1/12 as I hate trying to mesh 64dp, too easy to get it slightly wrong and strip gears. |
