It does make a very small change in toe in. Using 1mm on the outside reduces it's action a bit further. |

I have some problems to understand the functionality of the ARS-System, too. Shure, I understand the practice that I can get more or less toe by adding/removing shims on the steering block and ARS post mount. If I got it right, the maximum possible toe-in will be by using no inner or outer shims. But when I use no shims and press the car onto the board, the toe doesn’t change. It remains unchanged at 3,0°. But how will I get to decrease the toe, when it doesn´t changes by using no shims? By using a 2 mm shim at the steering block, the toe decrease about 0,5° to 2,5°. Is this, how it has to be? Another Question I have is, what is the range between maximum and minimum toe in the mid-corner? And how do I have to shim to get there? Especially to get more toe-in in mid-corner. I hope, that someone has the right answers to my questions. |

You will struggle to see this on gauges as it occurs when the chassis rolls so 1 side goes up and the other down to scrub less corner speed. As to what shims I think this depends on ride height and droop, I'm sure the team will produce a quick guide to help |

So far , no one in denmark is using it. (Exept team driver) I have tried it 3-5 times , and every time I go faster with the normal susp. Looks like the 9mm inside mount schould be 3 mm lower |

For asphalt we have been using it for ALL tracks. For carpet we need some more time to find the right setting. |

Hi Alex, Do have a good tip for the 17.5T community? My hope was that it would be now possible with the ARS to run 2 degree toe-in on the straight and in the corners achieve e.g. 3.5 degrees. Do you think that would be realizable and if so how? Thx Olaf |
