I ran at our local club and had zero steering as the car when entering the corner just wanted to push and then when on throttle the car would just spin out. I had the steering on my transmitter at full 100% and still nothing I have attached a setup sheet and will get a pic of the trac later xform/index.php?act=print&ID=494&setup=t4_2014 |

you cant have much uptravel, drop droop to 5 front 4.5 rear or raise the ride height to 5.5 front and 5.8 rear, maybe try 2.5 rear toe, narrow the front track width, put the 0.5 on the fr facing in and put the middle dot insert in the ff,all worth trying |

Hello Andrew, you may take a look at your servo saver, or make a test run with an alu / plastic lever instead. The whole season I was plagued by the same symptoms. With all the setup tricks, narrow front, anti dive, anti squat etc I was able to get some decent steering, but in the finals, with new tires and a track with lots of grip, all steering was gone. Finally I found it was a too weak servo saver. After that, I had so much steering, it almost was like a diffetent car!! Albeit I was running 13.5 with boost & turbo... Cheers Ludger |

Thanks for the replies Upon checking over the car I have noticed that I have the belts tightness the wrong way round as the front was lose and the west was tight which I think if I put them the other way round with the front tight and rear lose then I should sort the lose rear end out. As for the steering issue I think that this might sort it out to but I will check the servo saver out as well. How will know if it's deffective. |

Hello. Looking your setup, I would try next: - Use lower downstops: 5 front, 4 rear - Shorter the rear camber link - I think this is your "problem": try to use in the Roll center eccentric bushing: in the RR and RF the central position. I think your rear width is ligher wider that in the front. This may cause the understeed. I hope this help. |
