Hi I've seen on a number of setup sheets that they have a 1mm-1.5mm washer to raise the steering post what is the affect on the car by doing this |

It increases the bumpsteer angle as well as changes the flex characteristics of the steering. We like to use it on high bite carpet to prevent traction rolling, and to make the car easier to drive. |
