All thanx for your help here's what I found. On the rear shocks although the plastic spring collars were tight on the lower ball joint they were not all the way down. From all the adjusting and pressure I have put on the springs the ball joint were actually mushroomed. A little work with the dermel tool and some clean up with an xacto knife and they now slide all the way down. I'll replace these when I get some spare parts. I also cleaned up the front as they were a little mushroomed. Put eveything back together, set downstops to 1mm front and 2mm rear and put wheels on. Front ride height at 2mm and rear at 3.5mm. Adjusted shock collars for 5mm front and 5.5mm rear ride height and test ran. Very tight. Thanx again. K Brenner |
