I suggest holding the servo saver rod and seeing it it moves up / down. If it does either shim like mentioned above to clear the belt or remove the eccentric bushing parts and swap them round. Push them in so the bottom is flush and the top goes through but don't push too hard. My first build had some play, when i did the above it was perfect, the top mount is still above the top deck plate. (just don't think as far) |

My servo saver can move up and down when the top and bottom eccentric bushings are full pressed in. About 1mm movement. It is minimal, but none the less still present. By pressing the top bushing down when the top deck is on obviously resolves the problem. I don't understand how you are shimming the servo saver tho, A more permanent solution ![]() ![]() |
