What bodies would you recommend running on a t1fk for indoor carpet racing, T27 control tyre. Stock. I have been racing the Dodge Stratus 190mm shell but what is the best body at the moment? Hw does the Mazda 6 shell perform? Also will the TC3 springs fit on the Xray shocks?? Thankyou |

Hi, If you need a more agressive car with better reaction, then you should try the Mazda 6, I think this will be a fast bodyshell, especially for stock. You should try it. Asso springs, never tested on the Xray shock so I havn't got a clue. You should get the Xray ones though, since it will be easier comparing setups with them, and they do perform perfectly for the Xray car so... Best regards Andreas Myrberg |

the TC3 springs will fit on the shocks Ok but you may need to mess around with different front shock mounts to get the ride height right. I used the carpet front mount which is taller than standard. The only downside is severly reduced droop on the front end which may compromise your set up. I think I used Associated green springs on the front and silver on the rear at Carlisle last time I was there. Dont know how this will apply to you as I was testing the moulded tub chassis at the time. (didnt like it, went back to 6 cell and old set up for finals) |

![]() This is not always good. Last Sunday, I found my car easier to drive with the Mazda, but faster with the Stratus2, especially in the straights. The Vectra wil be a good choice either, probably a bit more agressive than the Stratus2. Ciao Giorgio |
