With 45grams of weight and GP3700's my car was weighing around 1515grams. This is very odd as on my FK04 I had to use 100grams+ and the chassis was wider, there was more material in the bulkheads than the FK05 Any idea's opn how there is *** :-) *** a big difference? |

GP3700's are some 40+ grams heavier than 3300's. The FK05 need about 100g balance weights whne using 3300's. 20grams to each corner and 20grams to center under the belt is a good starting point. |

Mine weighs in at 1506g (BRCA's scales). This is ready to race with the following equipment - GP3700's, PT, Nosram Dominator Evo, Futaba 9550 Servo, Futaba PCM reciever, Revolution Mod motor, Takeoff 22's with moulded inserts and a battery strap. It's perfectly ballanced side to side with no added weights! Good job Xray guys. |
