XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi guys
As the title suggests I am having some strange issues with some of the cars I have

I have a T4 and t3'11 that at my local club we use on a gym (wood floor) polished surface, low grip
I struggled with the newer t4, and found my consistancy with the t3'11 and more steering

The issue I am having is this, and this is weirdly with both cars
Each side of the car differenet
One side rotates lovely, how I would like, the other side, remains planted, but doesnt rotate at all
The car also snaps out occasionally, and dives into the corner then collapses, this is on the side that rotates

I have had this with two different cars, I have another T4 which doesnt do this
I have stripped the cars and never found anything obviously wrong

when the car rotates its good to drive, but the steering input has to be minimal, and you have to be fast to catch it

Any ideas on what this could be, before spending money on parts to fix it

So you have 2 T4's and a T3 11? 1 of your T4s is good and the other 2 cars are not on polished wood?
Do you swap parts over or have full electric/shock/tyre sets?
Reason why I say it is, I had a Futaba servo that lost a tooth, took me ages to suss out as it worked fine at a long asphalt track but on carpet had this left turn snatch?
