Roll bar settings

I cant seem to Adjust the rear roll bars properly. When i lift one side up with shocks detached the other doesnt lift. It does at the front though. Ive played around with the grub screws but cant get it, any tips?

Take the roll bar out and lay it on a flat surface,
Is it flat? If not twist it slightly till it sits flat,
If its flat make sure your wishbones lift easily and fall under their own weight,
Refit the bar at the back, the grub screws are to take out slop so don't "tighten" just nip the bar then back off till the bar swings freely then reattach the front links

As above, plus make sure the drop links that attach the bars to the wishbone move freely and that the wishbones themselves are very free moving.

Thanks. The roll bar was twisted, back in shape now though. When i raise one side how much should the other lift? Same distance or just a few mm?
