First time on this forum

Racing stock indoors on Foam, would anyone help me with a basic setup or share their setup.

I've looked up so many indoor setups but they are all using rubber.

You will need to give more information ie. Technical, open, high/low grip, motor, chassis used.
The only thing I found and had recommended on T2 009 and T3 12 is to use a diff in the front to prolong component life, also widen the front trackwidth to help prevent grip roll. Other than that I ran the base setup, see what you find every track is different

T4, Mixed Track, Medium Grip 17.5/13.5 Motor

I too will be racing my t4 on foams indoors on carpet, high grip.

+1 to the earlier suggestion - A diff up front is what I have got for mine.

You will also need to be looking at higher CST weights too, or the car will diff out.

Possibly harder springs and shock oils too to keep the suspension working less and grip rolling.

Droop will be important. I would possibly try none on the rear to start with and a minimal front setting.

Tyres, I will be using 42shore front, 40 shore front.
