Firstly, unlucky with qualifying, watched RCRacingTV and your car (and driving) looked excellent ![]() I have looked at your setup you posted and have a few questions. If traction was low, how did you get away with 2deg rear toe? I notice you had anti-dive at the front, doesn't this reduce the steering a lot at corner entry due to the lack of weight transfer when braking? Thanks Skiddins |

maybe prototype parts were being tested that made this combination preferable? If not, try it on your own car for a few laps and see if you like how it handles? Of course, everyones driving style is different though. I prefer a car to feel like its fierce, others prefer a "wallowy, or slower/smoother" style. |

2 degrees of rear toe definitely helped high speed steering as well as rotation in the 180 corners. There were not many corners where you needed a super stable rear. Plus we had a lot of traction from the new set of tires every run so rear traction was not an issue. The new car offers more grip overall so we can get away with running less toe. At least that's my feeling so far. Anti-dive prevents weight from being transferred to the front wheels under braking just as suggested but, here it made the car more precise in the 180 corners in particular. And it reduced front tire overheating towards the end of the run which was a real advantage for me as I had much more steering than my competitors once the tires were more "used" after 3-4 minutes. |
