Sometimes you can spin the adjusters so they don't click anymore, doesn't necessarilly mean its broken. Safest option is to take the shock apart, and remove the piston part and seperate it and inspect, clumsy way (could damage) is to just turn it untill it does click, its strange that its managed to damage its adjustable teeth so much that it won't work, but then i don't know how old they are. If you need a new part, then its the shock frame that you need, unless you have damaged the keyed piston rod !!! the nylon shock frame is part no: |

Sometimes this happens to me. If I push in the shock shaft and turn it a bit, and then pull back down the clicks will magically reappear. |
