Hi guys, i run at small indoor tracks and it appears the lowest gearing i can fit is a 20 pinion and 84 (Kit spur) 48dp. i would like to maybe try lower, is there anyway to fit a smaller pinion? or whats the maximum spur i can fit on without it catching? Thanks |

I'm pretty sure I managed to fit at least a 19t pinion on with kit spur. I have a sheet at home and will look later. The biggest spur is an 86t otherwise it will start to stick out the bottom. Skiddins |

The limit is usually that the motor can hit the layshaft bulkhead or topdeck. A gear ratio around 9.5 shouldn't be a problem. |
