Post subject:  T4 Setup: Rear anti-rar - both sides do not move together

Hi all,

I am setting the T4 and encounter a problem on page 21 of the instruction manual: setting rear anti-roll bar. When I moved the left arm, right moved much later; when i moved the right arm, left did not move.

I checked the bar wire, seems ok. I moved the bar wire out, flip-over and installed again but with same problem.
Checked the downstops, both are the same.

Please kindly advice what else could i try to resolve this? Many thanks

BTW, the front anti-roll bar is ok, both sides moved "almost" together.

The problem could be that:

- the wires don't have the same position in the ballends. Both setscrews need to sit in the very same position.
- the length of the wires +/- the ballends are different to each other.
- the the ARB connectors are not the same length for 100%.
- the play in both composite seats of the wire is not adjusted for the same amount.
- one of the arm holder screws is bent or has a bad head.

Later, this can occur when the chassis is tweaked.
