Hi Guys, when building the T4 it says in the manual to oil the bearings, these have rubber seals do you remove them or are the bearings already oiled? Thanks Nathan Wilson |

Just put the bearing oil onto the seal and as you rotate the bearing by hand you will see the oil disappear into the bearing. |

Hi This is my first post I have just purchased my first TC (moving away from 2WD Buggies) I purchased the T4 and am loving the look of it. I see in the manual about oiling the bearings so can someone recommend what oil to use. Cheers Mark |

I have always thought that new XRAY bearings are pre-oiled. I have never oiled my new bearings and they last ages. |

All XRAY bearings are pre-oiled so you should not oil them however XRAY suggests to check the bearings and if needed to oil them because sometimes it can happen that some bearing will dry. |

for clarity I should have said ".. they last for ages before I re-oil them" ![]() I always check new bearings before fitting them and I have never experienced an XRAY bearing that has dried (of course now the next one will be!) |
